John H. Adair serves as Chief Technology Officer of Compatible Technology Solutions, Inc (CTS), where he leads the company’s technology strategy, innovation roadmap, and secure systems engineering efforts in support of mission-critical federal and defense customers. With more than two decades of experience across artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, counterintelligence, data analytics, and advanced communications, he brings a disciplined, mission-driven approach to solving complex technical and operational challenges.

As CTO, Mr. Adair is responsible for aligning CTS’s technical vision with customer mission requirements, regulatory mandates, and evolving threat landscapes. He oversees architecture and engineering initiatives spanning secure AI systems, Zero Trust architectures, advanced analytics, and resilient enterprise platforms, ensuring solutions are scalable, defensible, and operationally effective in high-assurance environments.

Mr. Adair’s career reflects a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on technical expertise. He has held senior technical and advisory roles supporting Department of Defense and Intelligence Community missions, where he contributed to system security assessments, enterprise architecture validation, and continuous authorization initiatives. His experience includes deep familiarity with NIST-based security frameworks, Zero Trust maturity models, and the integration of emerging technologies into regulated, mission-critical ecosystems.
