In her role, she works closely with the CEO and executive team to ensure CTS delivers innovative, reliable, and mission-focused solutions to its federal and defense customers.
With a strong background in organizational management, compliance, and strategic growth, Dr. Antwine oversees the alignment of CTS’s day-to-day operations with its long-term objectives. She has been instrumental in expanding CTS’s service offerings, building partnerships with prime contractors, and ensuring the company’s competitive positioning as an 8(a) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
