As President & CEO, Howard provides strategic vision and executive leadership for CTS, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business focused on delivering innovative engineering, systems integration, and program support services that advance national security and government modernization initiatives.
As Vice President, Dr. Antwine provides strategic leadership across business operations, program execution, and client engagement. In her role, she works closely with the CEO and executive team to ensure CTS delivers innovative, reliable, and mission-focused solutions to its federal and defense customers.
As CTO, Mr. Adair is responsible for aligning CTS’s technical vision with customer mission requirements, regulatory mandates, and evolving threat landscapes. He oversees architecture and engineering initiatives spanning secure AI systems, Zero Trust architectures, advanced analytics, and resilient enterprise platforms, ensuring solutions are scalable, defensible, and operationally effective in high-assurance environments.
